Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
PRODUCT RETURNS
- All product returns must be posted within even (7) days of the purchase date.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
- Once we've received the product, and it's in acceptable condition, a refund will be processed within 3 business days.
To return an item, please email Balanced Wellness at dayna@balancedwellness.co.nz to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation. After receiving the authorisation place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

APPOINTMENT REFUNDS
- You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
- You can also reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your schedule appointment at no extra cost.
